Here’s an overview of the services you can expect from me:
PRICING– I’ll first determine the best price strategy for your property, based on factors such as the current market, other neighborhood sales, the condition of the property, and your optimal timeline. The price we agree on will make your property attractive to buyers while also bringing you the maximum dollar for your sale.
Of course, I will also fully explain any fees or expenses associated with the sale, so there will be no financial surprises down the road.
MARKETING PREPARATION, & MERCHANDISING – After we settle on a pricing strategy, I’ll develop a comprehensive marketing plan for your property. I’ll also advise on cost effective repairs, improvements or staging to attract the best possible offer. As always, my pre-approved list of quality vendors will be available to help simplify the process.
MANAGE OFFERS– I’ll evaluate incoming offers, advise on counter offers, and negotiate on your behalf. As a Negotiation Specialist, you can be confident that I’ll conduct negotiations professionally, fairly and in an upbeat, positive manner, bringing you the optimum price, terms and conditions for your property sale.
SALE– Congratulations! While you celebrate, I’ll prepare a post-contract work list, then advise on and help coordinate any repairs and services required as terms of the sale.
CLOSING– I’ll manage and coordinate all pre-closing details, including document preparation and a thorough review. As always, you’ll know that we have the continuing support of my expert team; with over 41 years of real estate between us, we have creative and positive solutions for any last-minute issues that arise.
